Opinion on the future look of cars.

As the days go on, more and more concept cars keep coming out, as they keep coming with new ideas on cars they seem to have weird body designs, they look very futurist. As a guy that grew up liking, working on cars the look I like classic American muscle cars, and originals Japanese tuner cars. The cars back then would run on carbureted engines and would have this deep loud, engine noise that would leave everyone stunned. Now these new natural aspirated engines in cars are so quiet, barley have any power, in order to get any sound you have to modify headers, downpipes etc. yes that can be fun but having engine that sounds nice is an awesome feeling.    One of the favorite American Muscle is the 1987 Buick Grand National GNX this car has been proven to have a ridiculous amount of horsepower right out the factory. The type of body style this car has a  "G body" but it can seriously lay down a great quarter mile time.

The Reid Technique

The Reid Technique according to Douglas Starr is totally out of date. I agree with Starr because after reading and listening to the article Beyond Good/Bad Cop: A Look at Real Life Confessions there has been a lot of confession over the years that have been basically forced out of the suspects. The Reid Technique was challenged by a psychologist  named Salt Casein he labeled the technique as junk psychology. Casein then along with other psychologist started looking into the technique examining real life interviews and talking to people the technique. These psychologist agreed that this method was completely out dated and it was only confusing and making people feel uncomfortable.  Open ended questions according to Starr is the best way to get information from people. This technique is called PEACE (Preparation and planning, engage and explain, account, closure and evaluate). In this technique, you don't ask complicated questions, the question are simple like a conversion be...

Golden State Killer

Who is the Golden State Killer? In 1974 a man began raping, killing, burglarizing hundreds of woman, by 1987 this serial killer had nearly murdered more than 12 people, raped more than 50 woman, and over 100 burglaries in California, once these crimes had stopped the police were all over this man trying to figure out who was he, what was his M.O, who were the next targets but it all lead to dead ends. Last Week the police received tips that he living in a home and when the police went to pick him up he was in fact there but old. he is not in custody, and it was brought to light that to this day he is still a sick slob, would attended, strips clubs, get drunk. I really hope that he spends the rest if his day in prison and just like he abused lots of girls, killed lots of people I hope he gets what he deserves. To me, taking advantage of a woman is the most disgusting thing anyone could ever do people no woman should be forced into anything they are not comfortable doing, they should ...

What's Your Opinion on the 2nd Amendment

Is the Second Amendment Necessary? Should there be tougher requirements for people acquiring guns?  What regulations should be implemented if any? Where should guns not be acceptable? Should 21 be the age to conceal and carry? Whats your opinion on being able to own a assault rife as 18 and a pistol at 21?

2nd Amendment

There has been lots of talk lately about, how guns should now be illegal and how the 2nd amendment should either be abolished, or should received. This has all started with the shooting that have happened in the past few years, and I have to say that I completely disagree with this. I understand where people are coming from in this situation, prevention of school shooting, gun violence, but not everyone is a killer, or use guns for malicious reason. Guns are a good this because in cases like school shooting, if no one is armed and the only person with the gun is the shooter how will he be stopped? If a Person for what ever reason breaks into a house and is stealing and he is armed and the home owner isn's and sees him he's not going to let him live, this is where the stand your ground rule kicks in take him out, protect the family. There has also been lots of talk about Ar-15's being weapons of mass destruction, its also not the case these guns and used in hunting. Guns are...

Homan Square

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2015/oct/19/homan-square-chicago-police-disappeared-thousands In one of my other Law Enforcement class I came across this article and it was basically Chicago Police officers in the South Side, and West Side of the city, were riding around picking up people who were potential criminals, or had information to criminal activity, and what these officers would do was they would take these people to a abandoned building where these officers had set up a torturing ring. The main objective if this facility was to bring people in, beat them, starve them, until they would give up dealers, meetings, gang members. Some people would even be tied to a cage and they would be forced to pee and poop on themselves. What these officer were doing was a horrendous things because it is not only a violation of their 8th amendment, but these people were basically kidnapped, forced into things they probably did not do, and made them snitches.
